Shipping and Return Policy
ALL ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based upon the weight of your order and your zip code.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ZIP CODE AND STATE MATCH. IF THEY DO NOT, THE FedEx SERVER WILL ERROR AND NOT RETURN ANY SHIPPING INFORMATION. WE MUST THEN CONTACT YOU WITH THE APPROPRIATE SHIPPING, CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD, AND THEN SHIP YOUR ORDER OUT.
- PLEASE DO NOT USE PO BOXES. FedEx will not ship to them.
- If you have a large order and the shopping cart calculates "0" as your shipping cost, you have exceeded the maximum weight limit for FedEx. Motor freight is most likely the cheapest way to ship. We will calculate the cheapest way to ship and contact you.
- Swingset kits usually ship within 2-3 business days since each kit is customized to your swing choices/colors and must be packaged accordingly.
- Special order items take up to 10 business days to arrive at your door.
- We do not ship on major US holidays.
Shipping Time: As previously stated, we usually ship same day on in stock items if ordered by 2:00 EST. Occasionally we ship the following business day. Below is the shipping time from our PA warehouse:
- If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will give you a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days of purchase as long as the item(s) are in their original packaging.
- If an item is damaged when received, please notify us and we will gladly ship a new item out to you. In certain instances we may require pictures as proof of damage.
- If a new, unused item is being returned, it is your responsibility to ship it back to us and absorb any and all shipping charges.
